Party Time

Today we celebrated Drew's birthday which is not actually until Wednesday. We had his party at Play-by-Play. They have a big indoor play area and private party rooms. This was the way to go. No cleaning the house, everything either went in the trash or a box to take back home when we were done! This was also the first year we had a "friend" party. This worked out perfect because we had had about 6 inches of snow on Wednesday so none of my family was able to come. Bob and Pat drove down from Mountain View to party with us.

This is Drew with Brody and Lex. Their mom's are my teaching partners. God knew what he was doing when he paired us up: All 3 of these heartbreakers start Kindergarten in a year and a half. It'll be sob city in our classroom on that day!
Some Toy Story games. Yay!

Spongebob game.

Rock out!

Phineas and Ferb is our FAVORITE show! So of course we had to have a P&F party.

Isn't this adorable! It turned out soooo cute. Cookie Co. did a fabulous job!
  • Drew is still into Toy Story, Cars, and all things sports.
  • He has become a better eater, but is so slow!
  • We are becoming very independent and like to argue. Pretty sure he gets that from me!
  • He can write his name without help and can write any letter on his own if you show him a picture.
  • He is learning how to use scissors.(I realize that the teacher in me, is proud of this and probably no one else.)
  • He says the funniest things like "Good luck with those chocolate chips!" or "I didn't need to wipe, that's what my underwear is for."
